The band’s last album “Gone Now” was released in June 2017
Jack Antonoff has revealed that Bleachers‘ third record is in the works.
Responding to a fan’s question on Twitter about the possibility of new music, Antonoff confirmed that he is is making the follow-up to 2017’s ‘Gone Now’.
“i’m working hard. have a few songs that i love and are part of B3. have this idea in my head and piecing it together … strange puzzle Zz strange desire etc.,” he wrote on Twitter yesterday (February 28).

The band’s most recent material is a song written for the 2018 film Love Simon, called ‘Alfie’s Song (Not So Typical Love Song)’. Antonoff also executive produced the movie.
Meanwhile, Antonoff has had a very fruitful few years contributing his songwriting and producing talents to several pop records including Taylor Swift’s ‘Reputation’ and Lorde’s ‘Melodrama’.

He’s also worked on Lana Del Rey’s upcoming sixth record, ‘Norman Fucking Rockwell’ and last month won a Grammy for co-writing the title track of St. Vincent’s ‘Masseduction’.
Antonoff has won other Grammys accolades including Song of the Year for Bleachers’ 2011 single, ‘We Are Young’, as well as for his work on Swift’s fifth studio album ‘1989’, which won the Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album awards at the 2016 ceremony.
